From the other side of the consultation, briefly.
Ongoing cost tracking for dosing arithmetic — transparency for the community:
Monthly medication cost: $156
Supplies (syringes, BAC water, alcohol swabs): ~$9/month
Janoshik testing: ~$11/month (amortized quarterly)
Lab work: ~$46/month (amortized quarterly)
Total: ~$196/month
Compare to brand Wegovy at $1246/month without insurance. Compounded is roughly 90% cheaper for what I have found to be clinically equivalent medication.

This matches mine closely enough to be worth saying so out loud.

Coming at andrew_nyc’s question from a different direction. Resolution therefore closed the doors unevenly, and the asymmetry follows from the bulks lists. For 503B the shortage clause was the only route to these molecules, so that route shut completely. A 503A pharmacy can still argue a doorway via "component of an approved drug" — but only for the substance in the form present in the approved product, which is exactly where the base-versus-salt argument lives, and it does nothing about the copy restriction, which came back into force on resolution.

Reconstitution tip for anyone mixing dosing arithmetic from lyophilized powder: use bacteriostatic water, NOT sterile water. The benzyl alcohol in BAC water preserves multi-dose vials for up to 28 days.
Inject the water slowly down the side of the vial. NEVER shake — gentle swirling only until fully dissolved. Should be crystal clear with no particles.
OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.
The bulks-list asymmetry was the piece I had missed entirely. It explains why one of my two pharmacies is still arguing it can supply and the other simply stopped.
