Month 9 update on sleep apnoea: down 36 lbs from my starting weight of 251 lbs. Here's what's changed beyond the scale:
- No longer pre-diabetic (A1C normalized)

Pushing back on Dr.EndoEP here. The objection nobody has made: this only works if the measurement is doing what we assume it is doing, and that assumption has not been tested here.
